Dragon Glyphsare collectables found inWorld of Warcraft: Dragonflight. They are scattered around the Dragon Isles and you can use them to unlock additional dragonriding talents, allowing you to stay in the skies for longer periods. They also give you access to some impressive aerial manoeuvres which can be helpful if you’re trying to windragon races. Dragon glyphs are account-wide too, meaning you won’t have to collect them again if you choose to level another character.
If you’ve been playing since the beginning of the Dragonflight expansion, you’ve probably already picked up the glyphs from the main zones, and subsequent patches have introduced more to collect. If you’re new to Blizzard’s long-running MMO however, you should prioritise collecting Dragon Glyphs as soon as you arrive in the Dragon Isles.
You’ll need to take to the skies to pick up these glyphs as they’re often high in the air or are otherwise unreachable without the aid of your mount, so it makes sense to upgrade your dragonriding as you go. With that in mind, here’s every WoW Dragon Glyph location, including the latest eight found in the Emerald Dream.

At this point, you should pick up the questDragon Glyphs and Youwhere you need to grab the nearby Dragon Glyph. Once you hand in this quest to Lithragosa, the dragonriding trainer, you’ll gain access to the talent tree where you can spend your Dragon Glyphs to improve your dragonriding.
If you’re playing on a second character and have already discovered all the Dragon Glyphs on your main, you’ll have a bunch of dragonriding talent points to assign. To do this, click theDragon Isles Summarybutton, found in the bottom left corner of your minimap, navigate toDragonriding Skills and Unlocks, then click on the various abilities in the talent tree to spend your points.

One of her fondest hopes is to one day play through the ending of Final Fantasy X without breaking down into a sobbing heap. She probably has more wolves in Valheim than you.
