Support
Kuki Shinobu’s best weapon is this five-star sword. The Freedom-Sworn Sword not only allows her to boost the attack power of other players, but thanks to her Sanctifying Ring Elemental Skill, it can proc when she’s not on the field.
If you don’t want to waste a five-star weapon on a support character, or you need an alternative until you can get your hands on one, the Iron Sting isn’t a bad secondary choice. It has a high Elemental Mastery stat and its passive, Infusion Stinger, increases damage by 6 to 12%.
Tenacity of the Millelith’s four-piece bonus is what makes this a great artifact set for Kuki Shinobu. The attack bonus applies to other party members, allowing you to activate her skill, before switching out for your main DPS character. The HP increase from the two-piece shouldn’t be overlooked either, as this will boost her overall healing and damage.

Stats-wise, you want to prioritise HP percentage and Crit, with Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge as secondaries. If you’re having trouble getting your hands on the four-piece, the Noblesse Oblige artifact set is a similar—but overall weaker—alternative.

Sarah started as a freelance writer in 2018, writing for PCGamesN, TechRadar, GamingBible, Red Bull Gaming and more. In 2021, she was offered a full-time position on the PC Gamer team where she takes every possible opportunity to talk about World of Warcraft and Elden Ring. When not writing guides, most of her spare time is spent in Azeroth—though she’s quite partial to JRPGs too. One of her fondest hopes is to one day play through the ending of Final Fantasy X without breaking down into a sobbing heap. She probably has more wolves in Valheim than you.
